Sometimes beauty tips will do more for you than just make your immediate appearance look better. They can dramatically change how you look in the future as well. There are a few fast techniques you can use to fend of wrinkles that will really up your chances at getting healthy and youthful skin for years to come.
So many times women seem to neglect to devise and anti-aging routine until they are already seeing wrinkles. But, your wrinkle fighting regimen should actually start while your skin is still smooth and wrinkle-free. You will save yourself so much time in the morning if you begin the healthy habits now.
* Wrinkle Fighter Beauty Tip #1: Spray Sunscreen -
Before applying your makeup you have to wait forever, it seems like, for the greasy sunscreen to soak in. Waiting is in the past. It only takes seconds to apply spray on sunscreen. Even better, it helps set your makeup. Hold the spray about a foot away from your face, hold your breath and close your eyes.
* Wrinkle Fighting Beauty Tips #2: Get a lotion refresher - If you face starts getting dry during the day, just spritz on some spray toner or lotion refresher. Your makeup won’t even get messed up with this great product made by Awake International. By keeping your skin moist you are helping it to defend itself from the elements. * Your Beauty Tips for Wrinkles #3: Mellow - You should start paying attention to how you are holding your face while you work. Are you furrowing your brow or frowning? You need to relax your facial muscles. This helps to prevent you from acquiring frown lines that are really bad muscle habits.
There are a lot more things that you can also do to fend off wrinkles. Some of them may take a little more time. For example, you should do a deep moisturizing treatment once a week. Also exfoliate regularly (twice a week) but not aggressively. If you exfoliate too much it can lead to skin damage and chronic skin conditions.
Wrinkle prevention is usually very frustrating because you might not see the results. Begin early enough and you shouldn’t see any change at all. These beauty tips will definitely keep your skin young and healthy.

Get More Youthful Skin from Healthy Foods
Healthy foods are not the most well liked. Nonetheless, they can really taste great with little trouble. Use the information below to motivate yourself to eat fruit instead of something that is fruit flavored.
Healthy foods can actually keep wrinkles and signs of aging at bay. In fact, just eating right can not only help you live longer, it can also help you look younger while you are doing it. In other words, you should forego that peanut butter crunch bar and instead grab a handful of nuts. So this doesn’t sound as good? Maybe it will by the time you are finished reading this.
Below is just a sampling of healthy foods that are proven age-fighters:
• Oranges, grapefruits and other citrus fruits
Oranges and citrus fruits are high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the best healers out there when it comes to literally sealing up wrinkles and cracks in your skin. Topical vitamin C is popular in anti-aging products. However, the ability to heal from within is also important and eating oranges will give you a major dose of this vitamin.
• Walnuts
Walnuts have heavy amounts of antioxidants. This makes them great suppliers of certain cancer fighting compounds. They will not only block skin cancer from forming but can also fight all types of weathering to your skin.
• Green tea
Another good source of antioxidants is green tea.
• Almonds
Almonds and almond oil are full of vitamin E. Vitamin E will actually lighten scars and stretch marks when applied topically. It can also diminish existing age spots. However, when taken internally vitamin E can help prevent the formation of these marks in the first place.
(Note: if you are about to have surgery, ask your doctor about the appropriate amount of vitamin E for your diet. Extra vitamin E can actually make people bleed more, so you may want to stop taking it or any other supplements at this time)
There really are a lot of great reasons to eat healthy foods. Next time you need extra motivation, reread this and you won’t be tempted to skip the healthy foods.

When It’s Time to Treat Your Wrinkles with Vitamin A
Vitamin A is one of the biggest components in wrinkle cream. All products want you to believe that they are the best in smoothing away wrinkles. Many of these products are deceptive and want you to believe they work when they don’t. One of these includes adding tiny pieces of glitter to these creams. When glitter is added it causes light to reflect out of the creases in your skin. Which makes it appear like your wrinkles are all gone. But of course, you wash your face and you will also wash away the new, youthful look of your skin.
If you are playing the anti-aging game for keeps, then you need to know about vitamin A. Retinol is vitamin A. You use it to get rid of wrinkles. You should be patient though, because the process may take a few days or a week. Don’t worry. You will definitely see a difference.
Your skin will stay pliant when using products containing retinol. Furthermore, it helps your skin retain moisture. If you use enough it can even “plump” your wrinkles so that they are stretched tight and smoothed out.
But you should be aware of the complications that can be associated with the use of retinol. The biggest is sun sensitivity. You will become very sensitive to the sun when you are using vitamin A. You could burn just from walking around the block on a sunny day. You should always wear sunblock if you are concerned about wrinkles.
Additionally, retinol can create issues for those with problem skin. Common effects (other than the disappearance of wrinkles) are breakouts and dry skin. However, these are actually often found to be the results of “over-doing” the vitamin A treatments. You should test the vitamin A product on the inside of your elbow if you are worried about the effects. Put a small amount there two times a day for around a week. If there is no redness or inflammation, you should be okay. But, you must watch your skin carefully to be sure you are okay.
Last but not least, my final warning. Directions are meant to be followed. Vitamin A is not for people who just want to slather on any old moisturizer and feel good about “protecting” their skin. It is for people who don’t play around when it comes to beauty. You should use vitamin A the correct way so that your wrinkles will be gone forever.
