You’re Suffering A Panic Disorder - How Do You Know?
Anxiety attacks, or panic attacks as they are more or less the same thing, are on the increase. Nobody knows why there are on the increase but our current stressful lives seem to be a big factor. No matter the cause, they are increasing and causing more people more problems than ever.
Could you spot if you were having a panic or anxiety attack? That’s a hard one as the symptoms are wide ranging and can be quite mild, although they can also be terrifying. You may just feel a bit of a hot sweat. But you may also feel like your heart is bursting out of your chest.
I think if you were having the more serious symptoms you would know you needed some type of help. But you may be suffering one of the many lesser symptoms and not really realising that you are having some form of anxiety attack. Mild symptoms could be a sign that you are heading for something much worse sooner rather than later.
My wife suffered a bad panic attack while she was out driving our car. It wasn’t the fact she had suffered an attack that hit her worst, but the fact she could easily have hit and killed someone or maybe even herself. This type of situation just doesn’t warrant thinking about.
If you’ve been having a few strange moments lately, maybe even experiencing one or more of the following… Fidgeting, feeling irritated, hard to sleep, on edge or anxious or lack of concentration. Any of these small signs could be a forewarning that something else is about to hit you.
But before you actually have a panic attack thinking about those symptoms let me put your mind at ease. There are many normal things that can cause symptoms like those. And none of them are anything to worry about. Too much caffeine can stop you sleeping. Uncomfortable clothing can cause you to fidget.
If you would rather be safe than sorry you can find out if you are heading for anxiety attacks. Taking an anxiety symptoms test can give you a much clearer idea of your risk. All you do is tick a few boxes with either yes or no and total your score at the end.
Then you can decide if you need to take further action. There’s an anxiety (panic) symptoms test here.

Even though a panic attack & an anxiety attack is the same thing, it doesn’t mean it isn’t terrifying all the same. I sat & watched as my wife was gripped by a panic attack while driving our car. It’s the understatement of a lifetime to say I was scared!

My wife uses these techniques to stop her attacks before they start so I know it’s definitely possible to cure them. Before we discovered this lifesaving technique my wife went through all manner of doctors and shrinks. All useless!
Probably the number 1 symptom to look out for in anxiety attacks is shortness of breath coupled with a rapid heartbeat. Seemingly these symptoms start for no reason as well. They then escalate into a feeling of immense dread.
The symptoms themselves can actually make the attack worse as you are now panicking about the panic attack. This makes it much worse and very difficult to get control. Once you learn the tricks to identify them you can stop any panic attack in its tracks. Stopped way before it even starts. Then you will gain more and more confidence and the attacks will be a thing of the past.

Take An Anxiety Symptoms Test And Discover If You Are Going To Be Hit By A Panic Or Anxiety Disorder
It seems strange but in these modern times anxiety disorders are on the increase. When I say anxiety disorders you can group panic disorders & panic attacks & anxiety attacks together. They are mostly one & the same.
Is there a reason we seem to be suffering more attacks in the modern day? I’m sure there is & I’m sure the scientific community will happily produce a number of factors they see as responsible. Regardless of cause, the serious of the condition remains for the sufferer.
Though these disorders have many symptoms, you could still be a victim & not even know it. We aren’t born as victims to panic disorders but they start somewhere & more often than not very suddenly. You can get a clearer picture of whether you might be a sufferer by taking an anxiety symptoms test.
Usually a simple anxiety symptoms test will be series of tick boxes that you either answer yes or no. You can then take the advice given about your score at the end of the test. After reading your score you can take the advice given and seek further advice to fight back against these attacks.
You may find a couple of the anxiety symptoms test questions to be a bit simple. Nonetheless they are important in forming an overall picture. If you tick yes to only a couple of questions it may not be a problem. It does rest on which particular questions you ticked.
Take the question “Do you find it hard to sit still, & need to fiddle”. I often feel like this but I don’t see it as a warning symptom. But stick it together with a “yes” for the question about racing heartbeat & shortness of breath & you may well have a problem. If you suspect you may be experiencing symptoms go and take a test right now.
You may even be relieved to learn that this is what’s been bothering you for a while. If you are a sufferer, rest assured there is help at hand. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.
My wife had her first panic attack while driving, completely out of the blue. We found a remedy in a product called PanicAway. We tried allsorts of remedies but none came close to how effective this product is.

Anxiety Symptoms Test - Do You Need To Take The Test?
Could you identify a panic attack if you had to? I can say from experience they are darn scary and it wasn’t even me having the attack! I was in the car while my wife was driving when she was hit with a panic attack.
I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking an anxiety disorder symptoms test. Unfortunately we had to learn from a full blown attack.
I don’t mind telling you I was scared to death. I had never in forty odd years seen anything like this anxiety attack my wife was in the grip of. That sounds about right “in the grip of”, as invisible giant hands were seemingly trying to squeeze her.
There’s an awful lot of people walking around who are suffering from anxiety attacks who don’t realise. They may experience different levels of anxiety but the fact remains, they are a victim. As bad as it seems there is light as they can be stopped. Quite easily as well.
We saw a handful of doctors who all had a similar viewpoint. They’d say its all in her head. They’d say there’s nothing to fear. Let me say here & now. I’ve seen someone have them and they are something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them quickly.
Who cares if it’s all in your head? The fact is when it grips you, you know you’re gripped! Here are just a few symptoms to look out for. If they seem familiar then you may be a sufferer. You may need to act fast if you think you have symptoms of anxiety attacks. Better to act now than wait for a life threatening attack.
If you want to check out the number one (in my view) system to stop these attacks dead in their tracks then visit this link… Panic Away reviwed.
Just a handful of the symptoms…
If you feel you constantly need to fiddle with something Fiddling with something or constant fidgeting can be a sign of an impending panic attack.
Do you frequently feel irritated for no reason You may be heading for trouble if you are feeling irritated al the time.
Are you a worrier If you worry about work or school or even family a lot more than other people then you could be leading up to an attack of anxiety.
Is your heart racing or do you have shallowness of breath This is a biggy. If you find yourself having a racing heart beat and shortness of breath then you could well be in the grip of a panic attack.
If you want to take a more in depth anxiety symptoms test and find out if you are, or could be a victim, then head on over to my website where there’s a simple symptom test to take. … Take the anxiety symptoms test here.
