Seven Professional Coaching For Women Strategies For Achieving Entrepreneurial Success
Top class businessmen often tell us about their successful habits and we can learn a lot from what they tell us. As a mumpreneur, working from home, juggling a family and a difficult business, forming these habits can be quite a proposition.
Being a mum and an entrepreneur is a delicate balancing act and many mums often turn to online life coaching experts and services to approach this significant challenge. By coaching women I can understand the difficulties and the particular circumstances, between work, family and being a woman. It’s important to draw her attention to the seven important “habits,” helping her to achieve success without exploding!
Habit No. 1 - Prioritise!
We certainly don’t have enough time and it is very precious and easily wasted. Have you ever noticed that time flies when you’re having fun, but the opposite is also true?
On the other hand, when we are busy, time appears to fly and unless we grasp the concept of time management, we are likely to feel overwhelmed.
This management of time is quite simply the most important rule of all, as professional coaching staff often preach.
Look at all the tasks ahead of you, get a piece of paper and write it all down. You will need to allocate a priority to each task and condense this into a manageable timetable. It is easy to be put off when you begin this task, as it appears to be unworkable. However, with a little ingenuity and application, you can make it work. Print your resulting prioritisation plan out, put it somewhere you can see it and refer to it frequently.
Habit No. 2 - Don’t forget about you!
Mumpreneurs should not forget about themselves, as this is the second habit of those who are highly effective. Without rewarding yourself and enjoying valuable “me” time you will quickly burn yourself out and be far less productive.
Don’t think about priority time for yourself as being a selfish decision, but view it as a large investment in your vitality and business life.
Habit No. 3 - Inject some routine.
Become a creature of habit with a set routine. By placing a routine and sticking to it, you will become more effective, even though it may take a minimum of 14 tries before you get into the habit.
Whilst you might not like to be too structured, I would be surprised if you do not benefit from incorporating some routine into part of your daily business management.
Habit No. 4 - Block out time without distractions.
Whilst phone calls from close friends can sometimes be a welcome relief, don’t let distraction become the enemy of efficiency. You have to block out time when you can turn off your mobile phone and make use of your voice-mail facility.
I’m certainly not saying that you should be ignoring people, but taking some “quite” time to concentrate on bigger projects can make all the difference when it comes to major accomplishments. Once you’ve taken this time for yourself, you can then set aside additional time to return calls once you’ve finished the endeavours that are crucial to the expansion of your enterprise.
Habit No. 5 - Create sacred space to work.
The fifth habit is about setting up your own personal and private area. A surprising number of mumpreneurs operate their businesses from their homes. If you are a work at home entrepreneur, don’t try balancing a laptop on the kitchen table and putting your file cabinet in your bedroom!
In whatever spot it is in your house, make your workspace special and if possible set it up in its own room, away from the children when you’re trying to work. Set this room up with ergonomics and efficiency in mind, and don’t use the room for any other purpose than work. If feasible, try to have another computer set up in another spot for personal applications.
Habit No. 6 - Healthy body, healthy business.
If you don’t look after your health, all the other habits will be difficult to maintain. Exercise and fitness must become a habit and you should plan on getting at least three exercise sessions in per week.
Pick anything, just take up whatever is the most convenient for you to get started on as a new exercise habit. So if you don’t live near a gym, it’s unrealistic to plan to go to a gym three times a week, as you’ll find that you don’t have the time to travel to and fro. Keep it simple - walking, running, cycling or dancing in front of an exercise DVD are all examples of keeping your body moving that are easy to adopt into your life as a mum.
Habit No. 7 - Build a superstar success team.
You’ve heard the expression “no man is an island” and the same applies to women! None of us can run a business alone and we all need support in various guises - mothers even more than most as we’re juggling so many commitments. Ask yourself what sort of support you need to become a highly successful mumpreneur and start to look for ways of building your “superstar success team.”
Professional coaching for women can help you to achieve your business goals much more quickly than you would on your own and is an important part of any highly effective mumpreneur’s success team.
But however you choose to build your team, don’t try to do everything on your own as there is so much to be gained from seeking the wisdom of good friends, confidants, associates and professional coaching experts. They can be superb sounding posts and lynchpins to your business success!

You have two ways to pursue here. 1) You can mope until you’ve had adequate time in between the pain in your past relationship or 2) start moving on and letting go of the past. Considering you desire to find your soul mate, then I’d begin the task of letting go. It’s faster and simpler than you would think. Being guided to do release work is a way of releasing and letting go from your past. Think of emotional release and letting go as forgiveness. You’re creating energetic space for the fresh, new, healthy, and whole relationship to show up into.
I know some of you are saying “Yeah but, I do not think he really should be let off the hook for his actions. He wronged me and that’s just that”! The will it takes to keep a grudge presides in your space. You’re allowing your energy to be siphoned off from you. It is a slow trickle in your energy level and over time, it will deplete you, if it hasn’t already. What’s more, that little energy trickle prevents you from letting all of your power focused in this present moment. When you do not have your consciousness in the moment, do you imagine you’re going to be the perfect creator that you truly are? It becomes that much more difficult. Take your full power back by releasing and letting go of the past, of judgements that burden you, muss up your energy field and block you from going in the right direction to creating the life you were born to live. You can speed up the process immensely by receiving help from a life coach.
I have found that the topic of forgiveness can be a loaded one. Firstly, I am not speaking of the type of forgiveness where we’re excusing someone else’s bad behavior. It is essential to have clear boundaries set for you. And to understand how you feel about who you desire in your life and who you don’t, how you want to spend your time and with whom. Advice for Singles: Find a Relationship with the Law of Attraction

People who are single who want to appreciate the Law of Attraction to attract a relationship sometimes ask me for advice. These people ask, “Can you create an incompatible lover?” The answer to that is Yes and No. I will explain. You attract the “Wrong” relationship with a basis on what it is you project you desire. In other words, your words are saying “I want someone who is fun, loving, and passionate. Someone who treats me well” but your dominant subconscious intention is something more to the tune of … “I can never meet the right woman. Why is it my pals have such an easy route? What am I doing wrong? Where are all of the eligible right for me women? And so on. So you are going to end up attracting more concerning what you’re thinking and what you are expecting to happen. So is she incorrect? Or is your thinking wrong? The Law of Attraction says what you focus on you attain more of. So if you are not in a relationship and are searching for a love, you must pay attention to what it is like to be in a love relationship, not the converse.
A good exercise to change your thinking on this is by wielding a powerful tool that Abraham-Hicks coaches called Book of Positive Aspects. This is a powerful tool for creating a Love with the Law of Attraction.
You should use this tool when you see you have some negative emotion and need to keep changing the direction of your vibration and find a more harmonious feeling place. When you want to improve your threshold of creation since you’ve got some negative momentum going. Here’s how it works: you need to do this with paper and pencil to get the hang of it. I actually recommend that you always write a Book of Positive Aspects. You’ll wish to give yourself at least 15 minutes for this process.
At the top of the paper write the subject of what you desire a more harmonious vibrational set point on. Perhaps something has gotten your attention that you don’t desire, you would prefer to not have it occurring, or maybe you’ve attained a large bit of judgment about it and feel bad. Write down what that is. Now notice that you know what you don’t want and the comparison has helped you to create the intention of what you DO want. Your task is to put down in detail you want. And keep turning your desire to the better feeling thought. Put down lists of what you like about what IS working, what is good, what you have that you DO like, even about the present situation. Look for things to be grateful for in the situation and in any outside or related life situation. This will put you to the positive attraction setting. You’ll attract what you desire rather than negative intentions. Test it out for yourself. What do you have to lose?
