You need to decide whether or not you are going to cloth diaper or use disposable diapers. Once you decide, start building up a stash and let others know what diapers you are going with so that they can help you build your stash. You will also need to think about sleeping arrangements. If you do not want your baby to sleep with you, you need to add a crib to your list. If you do want your baby in your bed, then you need to start researching and learning proper co-sleeping methods.
